Shipping & Returns

We ship the orders on same day if we receive it within our working hours. Any order placed after the working working hours will be shipped on the next day. We ask customers for their desired shipping method during the checkout process. You can choose the shipping provider and process as per your convenience.

If the order you receive, you are not happy with it, and it is unused or unopened, then you can return and replace the product through our mail-back service. You have to follow our terms and conditions while returning the product.

If you have received a different product, and it is unopened or unused, then you can return it within 15 days. You can replace your order through our mail-back service, provided on request. While returning a product, you need to follow our terms and while conditions:

• We accept returns within 7 days of the purchase.
• The product should not be used.
• Attach a proper image of the product that you want to return with email.
• Do not return the product without informing our customer support team.
• Feel free to contact us for any queries or complaints.

How do we deliver products and at what cost?

You can see the available delivery methods and relevant prices during the checkout. Delivery cost depends on the product and you location. You can type your address at checkout page to get the final price of the purchase.

How long does it take for the product to arrive?

It depends on the shipping method you have selected. We provide overnight shipping for priority orders. Usually, it takes 5-7 days for normal orders to arrive. However, we cannot guarantee the actual time of shipment due to technical scenarios.
